Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with UK law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within this period.

How to Initiate the Return Process:

  1. Send an email to our customer service at customer@shopacka.com with the following information:
    • Order number
    • Full name
    • Reason for return (optional, except in cases of defects or incorrect items)
  2. Our team will provide return instructions and the address to which the product should be sent.

Conditions for Accepting Returns:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use, damage, or alterations.
  • All accessories, manuals, and additional items provided with the product must be included.
  • Customized or intimate items are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defects or Shopacka’s error.

Refund Timeframes:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • If payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same payment method. The time for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your card provider.
  • For payments made via bank transfer, we will request your bank details to process the refund.

Shipping and Delivery Timeframe:

  • Orders are dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination address and courier.

Important:

  • If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We offer exchanges or full refunds in such cases.
  • Products returned without prior notice or outside the conditions described above may be refused.
